Job Description:

Based on client objectives, contribute to creation of communication strategy.

Responsible for digital and traditional (OOH, TV, Radio & Print) media strategy while supervising media strategists, associates and interns.

Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.

Build relationships with clients and inner creative teams.

Research, outline, write, edit and proofread bilingual (English & Mandarin) materials.

Reach out and work with media on PR and media buy.

Assist in the new business developing, including conducting research and developing proposal and pitch materials.

Expectations and Requirements:

BA or BS required & advanced degree desirable.

SAE: Minimum 3+ years’ advertising agency and/or marketing and/or PR work experience.

AE: Experience in advertising agency and/or marketing and/or PR will be a big plus.

Ability to mange multiple tasks, project schedule, project deadlines, and follow-ups.

Excellent oral/written English & Mandarin skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to follow, apply, interpret and explain instructions and/or guideline.
