R&D Engineering

Entry Level | Qingdao, China

Job Description

1. Participate in programs of Haier with GEA or with F&PA, etc. and be in charge of product design and development.
2. Ensure the process of R&D project through integrating resources and promoting punctual execution of product development at each phase, including industrial design, supply chain, mould, QA, etc.
3. Be responsible for prototype testing, quality improvement and cost technique optimization.
4. Produce product specification, user manual, and customer support handbook; provide technical support for sales and customer service.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in ME, EE, Refrigeration, Thermodynamics or related field is required.

2. Excellent leadership and coordinate ability is required.

3. Project experience is preferred.

4. Excellent command of English.

Overseas Marketing & Sales Management

Entry Level | Qingdao, China

Job Description

1. Promote sales of products in overseas terminal markets and manage sale and storage of products.

2. Participate in developing and implementing overseas marketing & sales strategy and involve in PLC management.

3. Research and identify overseas terminal users' needs; work on the market trends and trade policy to provide basis for marketing decision making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, International Trade or related field is required.

2. Strong communication and problem-solving skill is required.

3. Be sensitive to market changes and can handle pressure.

4. Be flexible on location (Southeast Asia, South Africa, Europe, America, Australia, etc.) in the future, and willing to take international assignments as required.

5. Excellent command of English, and additional language skill is preferred.

Human Resource Management

Entry Level | Qingdao, China

Job Description

1. Human Resource Rotations, which includes but not limited to HR Budgeting, Organizational Development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations.

2. Establish partnership with business units by understanding their business routine and operations.

3. Participate in establishing policies and optimizing the process of human resource.
4. Participate in the whole process of Human Resource globalization projects.

Requirements

1. 2019 graduates, bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration and related areas.
2. Team player, good interpersonal and influencing skills.
3. Self-driven, highly organized and detail-oriented.
4. Ability to deal with complicated situations and relationships.
5. Excellent command of English.

Financial Management

Entry Level | Qingdao, China

Job Description

1. Finance Rotations which includes but not limited to budgeting control, cost analysis, internal audit control, tax, capital asset management.
2. Participate in establishing global finance structure and optimizing finance process.
3. International job assignments and global exposure.
4. Systematic job training, includes both functional knowledge and leadership development.

Requirements

1. 2019 graduates, bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Auditing and related areas.
2. Good learning ability and logical analysis skills.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
4. Flexible about working location, and willing to take international assignment as required.
